Freelance web developer · open for work

Websites for local businesses that actually bring incustomers.

I'm Tyler. I've been a web developer for roughly three years now, and after that time mastering every corner of the trade, I've decided to take my skills public. I build fast, modern websites for local UK businesses, the kind that get you found on Google and look right on a phone, starting at £30. I'm always free to talk it through, no pressure and no sales team.

what you get

A website that earns its place.

  1. 1

    Found on Google

    Built so people searching for your trade in your area actually land on you. Proper titles, fast pages, and the technical bits most builders skip.

  2. 2

    Right on a phone

    Most of your customers will see it on a phone. It's designed for that screen first, not squeezed down from a desktop afterthought.

  3. 3

    Opens before they leave

    No bloated page builders. It's hand-coded and light, so it loads in under a couple of seconds and people don't give up waiting.

  4. 4

    You own all of it

    Your domain, your site, your content. No monthly hostage fees, no platform that holds your business to ransom.

  5. 5

    One human, not a ticket queue

    You message me directly. Need a price changed or a photo swapped? It's usually done that week, by the person who built it.

  6. 6

    A price you know up front

    Between £30 and £2000 depending on how big the job is. I quote before I start, so there are no surprise invoices.

~/build

how it's built

Faster and cheaper, finished by hand.

Around 10% of each build is generated by my own custom AI engine, and only ever a plain front-end template to give me a head start. Nothing you see is AI. I design, secure and finish every site by hand for speed, for your customers' safety and for your business's security. The engine never touches your backend or your data, only the front-end shell. That's how I build faster, and for less, than most of the competition.

how it works

Three steps. No agency runaround.

$ brief

1Tell me about it

Email me a few lines: what your business does, what you need, and a rough budget. Two minutes.

$ build

2I build it

I design and code it, then send you a live link to react to. We tweak until it's right.

$ launch

3We launch

It goes live on your own domain. I hand you the keys and show you how to update it.

~/the_deal

what I offer

The deal, in plain terms.

100% transparency

If what you want is beyond what I can do well, I'll tell you straight. I'd rather lose the job than build you something I'm not proud of.

Price match

Quoted £200 and a competitor says £150? If you'd rather I built it, show me proof I believe is genuine and I'll happily match their price. I won't go below a £30 base, though.

Fair, simple pricing

A one-off price to build it, with your first 3 months of hosting and support included. After that it's just £25/month to keep your site hosted, secure, backed up and maintained. Stated up front, no surprise bills.

Your code stays locked down

For security, you won't hold the raw source of your site. If it leaked (a stray infection, or someone seeing your backend) your customer and business data could be exposed. Your files sit on a private, encrypted server, off the public web, so they stay safe.

Customer data is hashed

Passwords, usernames and emails are scrambled one-way into something no human can read: not you, not me, not an attacker. Nobody can ever reverse it.
